It stands out for its fantastic south-facing balcony, good value for money, excellent location and sun exposure and good levels of comfort.
In the center of Olhos de Água, 50m from the beach, you can enjoy restaurants, bars and terraces, in addition to all the services offered by the village.
The functional and cheerful decoration reflects harmony between the various areas of the apartment, comprising entrance hall, living room and dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony.
The living room has a dining table for 6 people, a pull-out sofa bed with 2 single beds which can be transformed into a double bed by raising the bed below to the level of the one above. It also has a coffee table and television with MEO service.
The very functional and fully equipped kitchen has a fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, stove and oven, microwave, toaster and electric kettle to ensure the quality of your meals.
The bedrooms, one suite with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The bedrooms, one suite with a double bed and the other with two single beds, have access to the balcony, air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.
