The T1 Acacias apartment is located in the Montechoro area. in Albufeira, just 600 meters from Avenida Sá Carneiro, better known as the lively Rua da Oura or Strip where you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars, pastry shops and shops. Close enough to walk but far enough for a peaceful night.
A functional apartment, fully equipped for 4 people, comprising entrance hall, living and dining room, a bedroom, kitchenette and a bathroom. Between the living room and the balcony you will find a space that transforms into a second bedroom with sliding doors and curtains, with a 160cm folding double bed, dressing table/desk and storage.
The living room is equipped with air conditioning, smart TV with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The dining area has a table with four chairs.
The kitchenette is very functional and equipped with the following appliances, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, guaranteeing the quality of your meals.
The bedroom has a 140cm folding double bed, wardrobe and interior window. The three-piece bathroom has a relaxing rain shower head.
The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.

Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.
We do not accept bookings from people under 18 years of age. Reservations for people aged between 18 and 25 will require a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking the good condition of the apartment. If anything is damaged, the cost of repairing or replacing it will be deducted from the deposit.
